Grants
Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund (ASIF) is a program of Emeril Lagasse Foundation that seeks to create opportunities to uplift the lives of Latino youth through food. ASIF provides culinary education for Latino youth through the Aarón Sánchez Scholarship and grants to non-profit organizations offering human services for Latino youth.
SCHOLARSHIPS
Aarón Sánchez Scholarship provides young Latinos with resources to attend culinary arts school, allowing them to pursue their dreams of becoming leaders in the culinary industry.
Applications open November 1 – December 30 for eligible Latino youth.
HUMAN SERVICES GRANTS
The Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund provides programmatic support up to $20,000 per grant to eligible non-profit organizations focusing on nutrition education and/or food access for Latino youth.

The Aarón Sánchez Impact Fund accepts grant applications by invitation only, but we are eager to hear about your project. If you believe your organization is a match for a Human Services Grant, please send a concept paper to jen@chefaaronsanchez.com or mail a concept paper to:

Grant consideration is limited to:

Organizations with 501c3 status

Organizations serving Latino youth ages 0-18 (at minimum 60% of your service community)
